I watched this ep last night and I was enjoying it but I wasn’t getting the awesome vibe that I’ve had from some previous eps until the last two minutes. Those two minutes flipped the ep from ‘pretty good’ to ‘oh, my god!’ for me.

I am never buying non-waterproof mascara again. Ever. Halfway through this ep, the window cleaner knocked on the door and when I went to pay him, he gave me some very peculiar looks. A quick glance in the mirror as I was returning to my screenful of Winchester angst confirmed, yes, mascara tracks all over my cheeks. Excellent.

I thought this episode was miles better than Hollywood Babylon. The monster of the week stood up better than last week's, even if she was just evil for evil's sake, she looked the part. Mostly, though, I loved the Winchester boys in this one, in very different ways. And who knew anyone could look so good in orange jumpsuits? I thought this ep was pretty weak and, actually, somehow the boys didn't seem to be in it an awful lot.

The plot was limp at best and I really don't understand why all of a sudden the ghosts were invisible, only to be seen through the lens of a camera. Why was that? The boys have been able to see all the other murderous ghosts they've encountered.

Didn't see much of Comic Relief this year because I was at a birthday party but most of what I did see verged on chronically unfunny. This, however, is laugh out loud funny, which really surprised me because normally Catherine Tate makes me want to stab sharp things into vulnerable parts of my anatomy.

2.2 Everybody Loves A Clown

Still think that the killer clowns was a weak story but I'm still loving the brotherly angst. Dean's single tear as he watched his father's illegal and pretty grim funeral pyre burn just makes me want to clasp him to my bosom and soothe his troubles away.

I liked this ep. I didn't love it as much as last week's offering but I enjoyed it all the same. It was more thought provoking than most eps.
